Community at Smart Desk Share is the base and free. The fees for renting our offers are included in the offer. Additional costs are only for additional services that you can put together yourself. If you decide to offer your own office for rent on our platform, we will gladly assist you. In return, we expect a small expense allowance.

OwnDesk

As you can imagine, you get your own desk here. You have the option of renting your own desk in a shared work space, so this is then reserved for you for the rented time and you can then use the same place every day, without having to put away your belongings overnight. Of course, the desk also includes a chair, lamp and dustbin. You can use optional and paid printing, post and parcel services as well as purchasing service.

Our standard offices are Accessible ShareOffice, meaning a shared office, per workstation with lockable base cabinet and filing cabinet. PrivateOffice

PrivateOffice includes an office with upscale furnishings including telephone, printing, post and parcel services. Your fully equipped and ready-to-use conference room will provide the right setting for any conferencing, meeting, seminar or workshop. Most of our conference rooms are in close proximity to our office solutions and form a direct and ideally combined solution. Telephone, printing and media service is also included.
